Episode 110: The Anxiety of Change: Showing Up Through Life’s Transitions

Welcome back to Magic Seeds! After a summer hiatus, we’re diving into a topic that’s been front and center in our lives: the anxiety of change. Whether it’s our pre-teen navigating the emotional rollercoaster of middle school or me, as a mom, navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause, change is messy, uncomfortable, and sometimes downright hilarious.

In this episode, I reflect on the highs and lows of our summer—spending every day with my three daughters, tackling sibling dynamics, and learning how to show up for each other during big transitions. We’ll explore how we, as parents, can choose to guide our kids through their big feelings without coddling, and how I’m choosing to own my own emotions rather than blaming them on hormones.

We’ll also share some exciting updates for the podcast, including plans to add video, bring on more guests, and track our family’s journey through these transformative years. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by change—whether it’s in parenting, relationships, or your own personal growth—this episode is for you.
